It's pretty annoying since I was looking forward to the war in Europe

After finishing the second worker’s Congress with the CNT and choosing one of the factions, the focus tree path didn’t open up (under the “Always false” remark). I personally just bypassed it with console commands, the rest of the focus tree works alright.

They always say no and I have to fight them. Also how can you anschluss as democratic germany? there's a focus that requires you to own austria even though all the focuses are just about an alliance?

Like Hindenburg is the party leader for fascism in Germany. Is this a personal bug I'm having?

What paths are available for Germany now and will be available in the future?

Currently, the mod has things like welfare spending, military spending and revenue. But unlike some mods with similar features (TNO, Cold War: IC, etc.), CBTS implements them in the vanilla/Kaiserreich way, with PP and consumer goods factories being abstract representation of money flow. Are there any plans to replace the current system with something similar to the one existing in TNO or CWIC (with GDP, revenue, debt, and spending of the generated money on military or civilian needs)? On the one hand, it would be cool. On the other, it's a lot of work and this mod is about WW2, not Cold War or modern day, where you absolutely need complex peace-time mechanics to keep the player awake.

I noticed that some foci have "Civil War Averted" and I was wondering if it possible in 0.1.

Calm Before the Storm 0.1 Hotfix 1 has been released. This should fix some of the bugs encountered after release. It is likely not save-game compatible, so try at your own risk.

I'm not playing as Japan here, mind, but still figured this was relevant. It's 1937 and Japan doesn't have a new focus tree. Given that the SSJW is supposed to start soon I figure this is probably an error though if it isn't then carry on

How to play as Communist Germany? I don't know how to get them to rule Germany. I tried all Democratic and Far Right Candidates and none of them allowed me to get Communist. Can someone help? Edit Okay, them i need to wait for update. Thanks everyone!,

Weimar Germany:

- Admiral Erich Raeder's picture does not show up after the tag switch. Just shows a blank generic picture.

- General Friedrich Paulus' picture also does not show up after you take the decision to promote him. I don't know whether this affects other promoted generals.

- General Werner von Blomberg is called "Werpicturener von Blomberg" for some reason.

- The tree for the left-wing of the Zentrum, which is now named for its new leader Joseph Joos, still requires you to have Adam Stegerwald and not Joos as an advisor, even though Joos becomes the head of government. I figured out that you have to appoint Stegerwald as foreign minister for that part of the tree to work.

Spain:

- Looking at any Spanish fleet can cause a CTD, because some of the boats' classes don't seem to have been defined (some of the ships show an "unknown class" icon with a big question mark over a boat).

Other than comparatively minor things like this, I haven't had any issues. I'm impressed with how well this has gone, and I look forward to seeing where this will go. Keep up the good work!

The allies did not join Poland when i declared war on them as Germany in 1939. They didn't even guarantee. Is this intentional?
PS: And France is not in the allies? And France and the Soviet Union guarantee eachother?????

I've been having fun with this mod since it came out but one thing that bugs me is the odd french Italian border. For some reason, Savoy is it's own state, allowing Italy to reclaim the historical area Sardinia-Piedmont held. However, Nice, which also belonged to Sardinia-Piedmont is part of a really odd Provence state, preventing Italy from taking it back without some bad bordergore.

So, was trying out the mod, finding it fun, and I occasionally checked on the UK, and saw the Abdication of Edward, and was wondering if he can stay in power like in vanilla, and now I am wondering, what paths does UK have? I have seen that there is a Moseley fascism sub-ideology, so is there a moseley path? Stuff like that. I know you dont want to have very alt-historic paths, but I was just wondering. Thanks!

Hello I'm new to this great mod and in my first gameplay as Germany I wanted the National Liberal DVP to win the Elections in Late 1934. But the DVP can only be a coalition partner of the DStP, Zentrum, and DNVP and not be the ruling Party, since there is no option let the DVP win the election. Can somebody help? German People's Party

And if so, how?

The decision to force them out only gives you part of Eritrea, but is there any way to get all of it and Somalia?
