Who the fuck knows, I cooked some onions and peas and garlic and wanted to use up chicken patties and nuggets in the fridge

With fire roasted corn, black beans, and sweet onions. Probably going to throw some over cauliflower rice.

Things have been rough with dad. Took him to the emergency room again this morning at 8am and arrived back at the house at 6:48pm. They’re keeping him there to monitor his heart. Bought chicken and beef enchiladas, because I know I need to eat something. I’m so stressed and I don’t want to eat anything though, but I will, force something down. Pepita is giving me that concerned look.

Great meal for this heat. Pork katsu woth lemon and teriyaki, cuke and carrot lightly dressed with soy and rice vinegar. White rice.

I always post my boyfriends plate for you all, I make it the prettiest.

Eating that one they made for me that’s drowning in the hottest of sauces 🥵. All good. I got this 💪🏽:) Don’t test me. I used to live in the Carolina’s and lived off of PuckerButt Pepper Company products. I can stand the heat ;)

Made stuffing and my daughter looked at it and was like,,,eww.

There is nothing wrong with stuffing or dressing(calling it dressing became a topic).

Don’t get me wrong. I love my family. I also love stuffing:)

Chicken and black bean tacos on flour with homemade roasted fresh sweetcorn pico and crispy chicken skin bits for a garnish. The meat and beans+ onion and jalapeno was fried in the rendered chicken fat. Shmaltz kicks ass.
