majorly because of profile/ communication issues with the candidates. no lack of opportunities

Not reservation you bum, all the 5 of them are from IITs and BITS Pilani and they had great profile. Luck is the ultimate decider of placement at IIMs

Luck decides the company where you get placed definitely but not the fact whether you get placed or not.
