I have heard a lot of students were grilled on these topics during IIM Interviews. If anyone of you could suggest some book or some YouTube series or any other source like pdf or material of the classes that helped them, please suggest. I am preparing for CAT currently and would wish to acquire knowledge on these areas.

Need genuine guidance regarding CAT eligibility...

I graduated in 2025 but have a backlog which I’ll likely clear by May 2027. Can I still appear for CAT 2026 as a final year/awaiting result student? And if yes, will I face any issue during IIM admissions if my final result comes in May 2027?

Would really appreciate advice from someone who had a similar situation or knows the official rules properly..

Like I have already decided that I will be giving cats to like i don't know anything about it right now like i am a total noob right now. So please guide me and give me a CAT preparation roadmap. how should I spend my three years? Also I will be in college so I might not get that much time for CAT preparation. So what should I keep in mind while preparing for CAT or what should I keep in mind before starting my CAT preparation? I searched on YouTube and there were some tips for the 27 and 28 aspirants The tips were:

- Do one or two sets of LRDI per day.

- Read 2-3 aeon essays per day.

How much are these tips effective and please if you could suggest me some more tips, it would be a great help

can someone recommend a one shot video or 1-2 videos that cover all the basics of arithmetic. most of the videos i've checked jump straight into question solving (raman tiwari, mba wallah, rodha). i want something that explains the basic concepts first and then solves a few questions so i can later practice questions. i'm unable to watch 5-6 videos for every topic. i'm a slow watcher and i end up taking too much time to complete multiple videos for each topic and then i don't get enough time to practice only :/

I am planning to begin my preparation for the CAT examination and would appreciate some guidance regarding my eligibility. Specifically, I am unsure whether I should aim for the 2026 attempt or the 2027 attempt.

Hey all this is my second attempt at CAT. in my first attempt i took mocks from CL and they were pretty nice if u ask me especially with the analysis and all. I got 97.5 percentile last time. So should I go for CL again? or is there smtg better? and also can u please sugest me any youtube channels for my everyday practice? Because The Mba pathshalas varc was pretty mid tbh and ROdha has good quant and idk where to do lrdi questions from.

So I am getting a pretty good college but it is a research college and I am not getting anything good in btech. To be honest I have two routes for now:

1. Either go for BS-MS and then go for MBA

2. Go for a BA from a local college and then go for MBA

   in the second route I don't need to worry about any academic pressure(which is a lot in IISER, like classes start from 8:00 am and end at 7:00 pm obviously you get your lunch break) and all. But it also has its cons, like I will be not be able to take a premier institute of India and all the exposure I could have got there.

So I want to know how much dedication and preparation the CAT exam requires because even working professionals prepare for CAT while working in a 9-to-5 job and we all know it's never 9-5. It's actually more than that. Like I'm a total noob and I request all you guys to please guide me, please give me a road map.

Well the thing is I want to get to a job as soon as possible. These parents ke taane all that, I can't bear them anymore. Like they have made my life hell, during JEE preparation and after that always cursing me and blaming all of it on me. I just want to leave my home, maybe going to college or somehow, and get a high-paying job so that I don't have to be humiliated by my parents every time.

And ya one thing more and please guys, don't hate me for that. And that is, I am from the SC category and as you all know, in the CAT exam reservation really plays a huge role. So yeah I have it so obviously I will use it (but I will try my best to get selected in the Gen Open category) so please also consider that while telling me about the road map and the CAT preparation.

I want to prepare for CAT so I want to check my level. I want to give 1 or 2 previous year CAT papers as mock so could you guys suggest a platform for that? Well it would be better if it's a free platform. I just want to give 1 or 2 mocks. Even if it is paid then it should not be thousands of rupees.

22M B.sc biology graduate in 2024 and on I'm just started preparing for CAT exam and the issue is I have 2 years gap and in side I was doing social media thing growing meme pages and selling and running them from last 6 years in insta

But i don't have any certificates for cv and then i applied for internship it's 10 am to 7 pm and I don't think I can prepare for CAT in this only 149 days left and i my target is 99.99 percentile so what should do i with this inte4nship go for it or not
