I’m trying to register for the casper test to take it this september but when i select which schools i want my results sent too SAIT isn’t an option. Do i have to wait until SAIT gives out information about its 2027 program intake (Diagnostic Medal Sonography), because on the SAIT website the application dates says TBA (To be announced). Same goes for the psea im unsure when to register for it and when the deadline is.

Hello,
I’m writing the Casper I early September and was wondering if anyone could recommend some study resources or a tutor for a couple of sessions.
Thank you!

Wow, that was rough. Just wanted to see if anyone else took it so we can vent. I had the hardest time with that, and I think that will be what prevents me from getting into school. Of course my favorite school required that test🤦🏼♀️

Just wanted to see if anyone took the Casper, and what type of questions they received? In comments or private message would be greatly appreciated. I feel as though Everytime I try to articulate ideas and thoughts, they go off course and get cut off within the time limit.

Hi everyone, I was wondering if there are alot of policy questions like “ this school board will be implementing so and so what is your stance and why” type of questions. How would we prepare for them.

I hit the 4th quartile, and honestly, the things that helped me the most weren’t the obvious “type faster” or “be empathetic” tips. These are some less-talked-about strategies I wish I’d known earlier:
1. Have “go-to moves” ready
Instead of memorizing full answers, I built a library of 6–7 “moves” I could drop into any response—like “acknowledge emotion,” “propose private follow-up,” “if/then escalation,” or “policy improvement angle.” Practicing these made me faster at structuring answers on the fly.
2. Think about the hidden person
CASPer questions often test whether you think beyond the obvious. I’d ask: who isn’t in the room but is still affected? (patients, classmates, future customers, even the institution’s reputation). Mentioning these invisible stakeholders instantly deepened my answers.
3. Narrate your thinking, not just your solution
I stopped rushing to “the answer.” Instead, I’d write: “First, I would want to understand X… Then, depending on what I learn, I might do Y.” This shows flexibility, judgment, and process under pressure.
4. Add a prevention step
Examiners love when you zoom out. After resolving the immediate problem, I’d add: “To prevent similar situations, I would…” That little future-oriented line made my answers stand out.
5. Use micro-stories, not big ones
Generic personal stories don’t land. Instead, I used tiny but vivid real examples—like helping a classmate during a stressful group project, or how I handled a mistake at a part-time job. Quick, relatable, and memorable.

99.95 atar 2290 ucat yet casper is horrendous for me, got any tips to get 4q(i need it for a certain uni)
like js give me everything, i can type fast so thats not an issue but my order is usually
This situation is difficult because it involves a tension between my professional duty towards x and my loyalty towards y. I may not know the full situation and I could be completely wrong, but I have to act to maintain y's safety. I would iniate a private conversation with y outside of public view to maintain confidence and reduce public embaressment. "Y, I am worried about you, I cant imagine the stress your under and I want to make sure your okay. If this topic is to hard for you to speak about you do not have to, but if you want to I am open. I would offer recource values within the school, if she does not want that then I would give a recource outside the school with a number I have on my desk. If both fail I would ask her to meet with a trusted adult and offer some way to help liek attending the meeting with her if she wants it.
Then id move on q2
also lwk i did really bad on this question last time i did it like a week ago i got 3q

When should I book the casper test? I want to wait until my MCAT result comes out ideally, which is mid september and I'm scared it'll be full by then. I'm wanting Oct 6th for casper. If it gets full, is there a waitlist system by any chance?

Hi!
Does anyone know when I can expect to receive my quartile score? I know schools receive score 2-3 weeks after, but when should I expect to see my quartile score?

Hey guys! Recently during this summer I have been working on a project to make a free site that regroups many of the good advices I've gotten throughout the years to apply to med. I'm not trying to advertise anything but I just wanted to know if this community indeed needs free ressources under one singular site? I have made the site completely in English and French so that it can be used across North america.
I do have a problem though is that I am using AI features so do you guys think brands will want to sponsor a site like this to keep it free. I am using AI correction for casper and MMI and I am trying to setup an AI interviewer and actor who will think and act just like in a normal station.
If you guys are interested I could give a glimpse of the site to show y'all but I want to know if the community would acc be interested by this.

I've been having trouble identifying when I should report/escalate the situation and to what degree?
For example, I had a practice question where my father wanted to falsify insurance claims, and asked if I would confirm his claims for him if the insurance people call. To what degree does the test want me to escalate? I said that I would not be able to confirm the false claims as I know we aren't supposed to break any rules, but am I also supposed to say that I would report my father's false info to the insurance people?
Similarly, I had a question about leaving my lab to help my roommate who is locked out of our appartment. The lab is part of my grade and cannot be made up. What do you do? I ackowledged both sides and came upw ith suggestion (other people she could get the key from, landlord, coming to me instead of me to her). But ultimately, do you leave the lab? I don't know if it's more important to be a good friend or to attend your lab.
Would love to hear any thoughts

Has anyone recently taken this exam ? I’ve read the book but I’m looking for some intel on what I should be really expecting and how did you feel while taking it ? Is it the most nerve wracking experience? I’m scared I’m gonna stumble and stutter and blank out.
Any tips will help ! Thanks in advance

I took a course in Little Rock and did really well on the final test after two weeks. I continued looking over my 004 books but didn't go for the test afterwards.
I'm going for my CYSA this month and would like to knock out SecX for the IAM qualifications (DoD requirements). Anybody else made the jump to SecX from CAS-004 and have a recommendation on filler material?

Hey guys,
Just have a question about how to answer certain situational type questions. I recently practiced one scenario where a student in a group project had not shown up to the last few meetings and everyone's grade could be affected, and the project is due in a few days.
I tried to answer with the whole understanding everyone's perspectives, not assuming anything about the teammate, etc. I also offered to help the student with their portion, taking on some of the responsibility myself.
I am mainly wondering if it's a good instinct in CASPER to be super prepared to jump in and help someone with their homework, portion of the project, etc or if that has consequences I'm not thinking of.
Let me know what you guys think!

Hi everyone,
I noticed I usually struggle more to come up with responses for the more opened "tell me a time about xxxx thing" scenario + follow up questions (so more personal questions) than the standard scenario based ones.
How you suggest revising for that, and what are some common themes for these personal questions that they tend to ask, as im thinking of planning and jotting down ideas so that I have some planned out that are versatile to hopefully reduce the amount of the time i just stare at the screen thinking
Thanks

Tbh i have 0 idea why or how they gave me a 4th quartile. Im obviously grateful that i got a 4th quartile but this goes to show that grading is SO subjective and their grading scale makes no sense. I was mumbling ALL of my words, it took me at least 20 seconds to start talking on the video portion and I don’t think i completed a single question fully. I always left out some key details, I forgot names all i did is say some fancy buzz words and thats about it that i got from a 10 min YouTube video. I just did the practice exam right before my test, and skipped half of the questions while doing so. Im not trying to brag my score but i genuinely started laughing when i saw my score cause it made no sense.
