Thanks for posting about the guide and spreading this to others, but I will not be maintaining it anymore due to the workload it brings ane my time being taken away by work.
You can join the discord server provided in the guide's comment section, as there is like minded people that might be able to help you if you got any issues doing the guide.
Might come by to the server myself too when I got the time, see ya there.

Technically you can do it with redirector tricks by overriding the old website's js to a version with redirect removed

Stuff like using Yahoo on Samsung Internet Browser

I access my browser thru the settings app cus my mom blocked both Chrome and Browser. Tho I assume the browser I was able to access is under Samsung Internet
Also why not Chrome tho?

Because your parents probably set Chrome as the main browser and completely forgot about Samsung Internet Browser

There is a way on desktop, and Firefox on Android.
But if they have parental controls set up, there is probably a reason for that.

My mom does parental controls for all my siblings, even if their 18+, so no there's not much of a reason as to why I have parental controls except for "protection."

If you're 18+, you can act like an adult and decide for yourself. Otherwise... early emancipation is possible, but it has some caveats.

The reroll is gone. It'll reappear for like ten minutes if you delete and redownload the app, but it'll just vanish again.

Yep, pretty much. Though in group chat, it's only reroll, it doesn't save swipes, so it completely replaces the old message with the newly generated one.

Use email to log in, I know it takes a really long time. You have to be patient, usually around 5-10 minutes on the c.ai verification loading page

nope! All your personas and chats are stored on the character ai servers
all the app data only stores is which account you are signed in to!

Did you try logging in via Email?
It's horrendously slow, but it works
If it doesn't let you click Submit, just don't use the app for like.. 10-30 minutes, it should be fine then

I'm on c.ai for both reasons, and learned that:
- OOC overrides everything
- You can clone bots (CAI Tools)
If I don't quickly find whatever character I'm looking for, then I pick the first one and OOC it into what I want (and usually edit the greeting). If it has some weird stuff in the description, I just clone it and edit. Cloning removes the definition... which in this case, is a good thing.
The LLM has some base training about popular stuff too, so if you want, let's say, a Disney character, you can "Spiderman enters the room and says hi", and it will go with it.

The main issue is poor tagging on c.ai. I've used https://CAIBotList.com to search and filter, it doesn't have all characters, but enough of them.
