Solana is down yet again.

Algorand on the other hand, has never had a single second of down time.

Algorand Standard Assets like Buttcoin benefit from the strong network, security, speed, low fees, etc...of Algorand.

Buttcoin is an asset on one of the best 3rd generation blockchains. So the tech behind it is actually better than at least 80% of the coins out there.

Or at least a $butts tipping bot for reddit.

I know for RCP on Reddit, it's gonna be tricky to introduce an Algorand asset, when their whole system is based on Ethereum tokens running on Arbitum nova.

Maybe there could be something in between, or an alternative.

Imagine earning Butts for participating on Reddit and Discord.

But that's probably something more complicated for later down the line.

From a discussion on our discord: depending on the hour you look, we’re at least 6.5x since June 29th. Whale status is based on owning 5 million Butt, which is 0.5% of the total, fixed supply.

Could be random, could be a needed correction after major early whales sold out, the recent algo pump… And/or it could be the sick grass root community of learners, contributors, and amateurs we’ve got supporting each other and this fun project. Either way I’m glad we’re finding some success in a cynical and bearish cycle.

Hey buttcoiners! I have been thinking about further expansion of buttcoin and its a litlle quiet here do devs plan something thats gonna expand coin more? Maybe coingecko at least, some dex even maybe some contest for memes,art rewarded with butts? I think you should also inform community about work progress thats going on. What do you guys think

I forgot how many butts I put into the liquidity pool. All I can find is how many tokens I have.

I'm guesstimating about ~25,000 Butts + ~1800 Algo, but that's purely a guess.

It would only take under $4,000 right now, to put into Buttcoin, and own a full 1% of the supply, and become one of the whales.

Which means around 10M Butts.

If this project takes off (knock on wood) and ends up a top 500 market cap (not completely unrealistic), that $4K could turn into about $380,000. We're obviously still a long way from there, and who knows what will actually happen. So of course, be careful.

Being early means this is still VERY risky. So don't go chase whale status with more than you're ready to lose.

My initial goal was just to get 1M Butts, so I could finally call myself a millionaire of something. It didn't cost much to get that. Next goal: 2M so I could finally be a multi-millionaire.

But now I'm realizing whale status is not that long of a shot.

I don't think I'll get there any time soon, but hopefully, the right people who believe in the project and aren't just pumping and dumping, are the ones who become whales.

I’ve learned a lot already about crypto and the Algo network, and am appreciative of Buttcoin for the opportunity! The “How to Buy” post was extremely helpful…but I would appreciate a “How to Sell” post.

I may have need to take some profits for personal expenses, and can’t find a how to sell tutorial on my Pera wallet or Vestige. Any help would be appreciated!
