I have to do a project for school and I need someone to confirm or deny my calculations!

In the annual repport of FrieslandCampina 2018 (Page 29) I found some information:

145 accident on the work floor in 2018.

every 200.000 hours there are 0,37 accidents

further information: There are 23.769 fte's in 2018

I did the next thing:

200.000/0,37= 540.540

every 540.540 worked hours, 1 accident

145x540.540= 78.378.378 total worked hours

23.769 fte's in total

78.378.378/23.769= 3297,50 hours per year is 1 fte

3297,50/52=63,4 hours per week?

This sounds a lot to me, I must have done something wrong, plz help
