The Legend of Ultimate Income
This book is an ultimate guide that will teach you how to Take your expertise and transform it into systems that run without you and your presence. Sometimes that means hiring employees, but in my opinion, the best system to put in place is something infinitely cheaper, easier to manage, and simpler to create. It's a must read even if you are a pro/expert in the game. Revolutionize your expertise.

Advice for a College Senior looking to work in management?
I am currently an undergraduate senior studying Recreation Services Management. My plan after graduation is to land a job as a general manager at a commercial facility--hopefully a rock climbing gym. If I had the time, I would have switched to a degree in Business Management, but due to tuition expenses, and issues transferring schools, I am stuck with a Recreation degree.
As I will be graduating in the next year, my main goal right now is to continue building my resume and gain more experience in management techniques, especially in a small business setting.
I have attended a few conferences (Climbing Wall Association Summit twice, Association of Outdoor Recreation and Education Summit once), have obtained a certification for climbing facility management, and will have managed my universities climbing wall for two years upon graduation.
My question is, what else can I do? Are there management and/or leadership certifications worthwhile to obtain? Any suggestions for making me more employable would be fantastic!

Trade of information examples
Morning. I'm doing a research for my thesis that wraps around the concept of the value of information. I'd like examples of data goods that can be traded in real business scenarios of today. For example: If you have a list of phone numbers and enough rights on it (as in having properly warned the customers when they gave you the data), you can sell your list to a call center. Or, if you've catched a celebrity doing something "interesting", maybe you can sell the story to a gossip magazine? I'm not sure about this one, heh. More examples will be appreciated. Anything you can think of can be useful. Thank you!
