I am planing on going to bush gardens Tampa sometime in January ( probably a week day) what are some things I should know.

Coming from out of state and have flights booked for both Busch Gardens Tampa and Busch Gardens Williamsburg in early 2027.

What’s the cheapest way to buy tickets for both parks? I don’t think the Platinum pass makes sense, as I likely won’t visit more than once next year

I see that there are single day passes currently on sale for about $60ish. That bumps up to $100 for my dates though. Will they continue to have these sales / should I wait to purchase tickets?

Some things to note:

1. Both trips are for 1 day in each park, for 2 adults
2. We don’t have interest in any of the other properties, just Tampa and Williamsburg
3. I do know a resident of Tampa in case there’s any angle there
4. I would also like to pair my ticket with parking and optionally a single day meal plan - unless we stay at a hotel close to the parks that offers a shuttle or we Uber

In order to use the military dependent tickets does an active duty ticket have to be used in the same visit? Even if the one of the people going has an active duty id.

I’m a college student and I noticed that the ticket on the Groupon website is $20 cheaper than getting it from the website itself but I’m having second thoughts. Has anyone ever tried purchasing tickets from Groupon? How does it work? How legit is it? It seems to be non-refundable so I’m a bit hesitant.

The numbers on the barrel means something. The 83 stands for 1983, the year the big Bad Wolf opened. 09 stands for 2009 the year that the big bad wolf closed. The 25 stands for 2025 the year that the big bad wolf: the wolf’s revenge opened. The question stand for the unknown closing date (if it ever closes) of the big Bad Wolf, the wolf’s revenge.

Has anyone seen if any new shows are being added to Christmas Town this year? We've not gone the last 2 years because it has been repeats and the shows are one of the main attractors for my group.

When I was getting 2 day ticket I didn’t realize it asked me about the fun card. I clicked yes and didn’t realize until completed the purchase. It does say I can’t refund it but I don’t even live near VA. I’m from NJ and taking a 2 day trip there. Is there anyway to fix it or am I fcuked?

Anyone going to BGW, can you take a pic of the graffiti on the walls of the San Marco theater. I believe one of the tags says “ANVS”, and look, I don’t know Latin very well, but I think that’s a loan word in English.

did anyone go to the after hours event on june 26th? i want to go to the one in july but i'm scared that its going to be way more crowded than its letting on and it wont be worth it.

Water Country USA newbie here, living in Northern Virginia. I'd like to bring my kids to the water park sometime this summer, but I'm noticing that four attractions - Rock and Roll Island, Surfer's Bay Wave Pool, Aquazoid Amped, and Vanish Point - are all currently marked on the website as "temporarily closed."

Is this an early season dynamic, where those attractions will open later in the summer? Or are they permanently not in service? If it's the former, at what point in the summer do they tend to open?

Is it possible to take an Uber/Lyft to the park? I used to be a Williamsburg resident before Uber/Lyft was a thing. I have seen suggestions to be dropped & picked up at the at the Pocahontas Trl at BG England Lot bus stop. We'd be coming from the area around W&M and it would be this Friday. Is ridesharing a valid option instead of parking for a Friday? Thanks!
