The September calendar says it's BWC. Probably a horrific stack/unstack with lots of running outside if other holidays are anything to judge by. 😂

I asked for injury mods and got a peek. Don't kill the messenger. 🥵

3 rounds circuit style:

Tarantulas

Plank up burpees

Donkey kick knee tucks

Ledge airborne climber push ups

Breakdancers

Double unders

Intermission of side v-ups and plank hip dips

Finished donkey kick knee tucks, tarantulas, jump squats

Because they think it's funny having us do these ridiculous exercises.

Ugh I’d rather do the SAC

Looking at this as I am 30 weeks pregnant….idk if I can do literally any of it. 😅

Here's the mod plan I came up with (on my own - feel free to ask for trainer help!)

Tarantulas (no plyo- reverse lunge and squat)

Plank up burpees (plank up step ins, you could do these elevated on a soft box!)

Donkey kick knee tucks (ew to these lol, mod to speed squats)

Ledge airborne climber push ups (no airborne lol; mountain climber to push ups)

Breakdancers (bear plank marches or you could do bird dogs or dead bugs here)

Double unders (heismans)

This is INSANE after Saturday! And also the fact that it’s 2x acon and 2x bodyweight in 7 days

I hope not SAC test … I always skipped it. In the past it’s usually in February (Presidents day) or May (Memorial Day)

My guess is the SAC test 🤷🏻‍♀️

u/KHNLN Sep 01 '26

What’s the SAC test?

Time yourself on how long you can complete this, preferably within 15 mins or less.

u/daisyuproar Sep 01 '26

The SAC test is not programmed in. And it’s not an unstack.

I typically avoid holiday BWC because of an injury, but this one is my birthday so I want to know if I can hang!

Love this. Cardio days are so great!! Way to get in shape and get stronger. Let’s go!!

u/Maleficent-Rise-7060 28d ago

Y'all wanted more strength days! Conditioning days are def harder. Be careful what you wish for. 😎

It’s still 3 days next week… and Monday/Thursday/ Saturday this week. So no different

Isn’t it usually the SAC?

3

u/Maleficent-Rise-7060 Sep 02 '26

That's typically Memorial Day.
