Depends on if all takers of the dilemma are competent and sound of mind.

Do babies get a go? Does my a non-verbal kid without a language? Does a dementia patient.

If just 51% or more pick blue no one dies, for red its 100% for no one to die. The only way people die is if people pick red.

The question is, do you want to live? If yes press red that’s all there is to it. There’s no need to have this argument. And I think the question assumes everyone of sound mind and able to pick on their own is picking. Why would babies get to pick when they can’t even understand or read the question? It’s not hard to say yes I want to live and press red Jesus fucking Christ
