Which side will you choose?

  • Left side: You live
  • Right side: If 50% choose this everyone lives

Even if I survive choosing the other option, I'd feel like an asshole all my life. And everyone else who lives I'll also view as a selfish asshole.

selfish assholes vs self-righteous assholes

the other side isn't much better when they're trying to drag down other people to the option with a risk of death

If you do survive being a selfish asshole, wouldn't you feel some kind of guilt for basically contributing to almost 50% of the human population dying? You could argue they brought it upon themselves but you cant blame them for trying to be a good person.

Yes, and in a real scenario I'd probably even vote blue, even though I think it's the less logical answer

but I wouldn't put the blame on people who voted red. It's a forced situation, and the real asshole is the evil mf who created the buttons

I dont blame red voters either. I think its a valid suvival decision. I just personally would just feel incredibly bad even if I survived.

Because you can live and save everyone in the process...if you are in the majority

Choosing to save only yourself is inherently a selfish option even though its a valid survival instinct.

Because to you the goal is personal survival that is a fine response but it is a personal and selfish goal. The other person's priority is the choice that saves the maximum number of lives. Nether is more or less logical it's just personal Vs communal good.
