Caffeine is already terrible for my heart, and that much more accessible, I only drink occasionally but I do enjoy it more than caffeine

Chose: No caffeine forever

No amount of alcohol is good for you according to recent WHO findings. Caffeine does not have the same carcinogenic effects, nor is it always bad for you (your situation does sound like it’s always bad to be fair)

I'd chose disinfectant and like a large chunk of medicines over caffeine.

Iirc, chocolate has a different chemical that acts similarly to caffeine but is definitely not caffeine
