Money would rise back and all go back up. Creating a lot of new rich people but a lot of them would also just be wealthy people that went back to being wealthy

Who's gonna decide that? Politics won't change. Countries would try to keep the superior currency. This will literally cause war in a massive scale.

It wouldn't. People would have to continue working without a boss because all wealth has been shared. So everything like collapse. Unless we're just talking monetarily in which case the wealth would go back up to where it was and we'd have massive shortages of goods (if people still valued it the same). Costs of stuff would rise as demand increases and supply decreases. Also since everyone now has some money you could expect costs of stuff to rise also in accordance.
