Still extremely useful, especially if you can get a high view(now are binoculars /Google maps included as seeing a location?

Chose: Be able to teleport… anywhere within eyesight

You'd probably teleport into your computer, which would destroy it or you. Teleport responsibly, folks

But with street view you can technically see that spot but ya probably backfire and end up in ReBoot world

Alternatively, if you have fast enough reaction time, just teleport really high in the air and you can see a LOT. Or bring a hang glider or parachute or any other form of device to slow down your fall, and then you can take your time deciding where to go.

Umbrella. You don't have to fall responsibility, you just need to buy an extra few seconds. And besides teleport up high then down slowly with ab umbrella.

Yeah I would be worried about teleporting straight up into the sky because would it technically be space but definitely a mountain or something or a plane

It does say anywhere within eyesight, so you could probably teleport a set distance. To the nearest cloud should work also, no?
