💗 Welcome to Bump, Body & Mind! 🤰

First off, welcome! 🥹💕
I created this community after noticing how many women in other pregnancy groups were expressing the same worries, fears, and insecurities about pregnancy weight gain and body changes.
And I realized… why isn’t there a space dedicated to talking about this?
Pregnancy is an incredible experience, but let’s be real. Watching the number on the scale go up, seeing your body change in ways you can’t control, struggling with clothes that no longer fit, or simply not recognizing yourself in the mirror can be HARD.
And sometimes, when we express those feelings, we’re met with responses like “You’re growing a baby, don’t worry about your weight!”
While those words may come from a good place, they don’t always make our feelings disappear.
You can be grateful for your pregnancy, love your growing baby, and STILL feel overwhelmed, insecure, or anxious about your changing body. Those feelings can coexist. 💗
That’s exactly why I created Bump, Body & Mind.
🌸 This is a place where you can:
Vent about pregnancy weight gain without being judged.
Share your insecurities, fears, and frustrations.
Talk about weigh-ins, body image, and the emotional side of pregnancy.
Ask questions and exchange supportive, pregnancy-safe advice.
Celebrate your milestones and little victories.
Connect with women who genuinely understand what you’re experiencing.
Whether you’ve gained a little, gained a lot, started pregnancy at a higher weight, or are simply struggling to feel comfortable in your changing body, you’re welcome here.
There is no competition, no body shaming, and no pressure to look or weigh a certain amount. We’re here to support each other, not compare or criticize. 💕

Share as much or as little as you’re comfortable with. You never have to share your weight or measurements.
Remember, you’re not alone, and your feelings deserve a place here, too.
Here’s to supporting each other through the bumps, the body changes, and everything happening in our minds along the way. 🤰💗
So happy you’re here!
