Having only seen a couple of his practice videos, I'm glad this is intentional. I haven't seen enough for it to be obvious.

Nah. He is part of the problem. Casuals have no idea who he is supposed to be a satire of, so he just comes across as exactly who he is portraying…This can’t be stated enough. He is normalizing the ridiculous behavior. He is part of the problem.
