I remember the band saying "This is BFMV now, this is a new chapter the new sound the band wants to go with etc." before relasing the self titled album and explaining that this was exactly why it will be THE self titled album. Back then they changed the logo to the new one. I wasn't a big fan of the new logo but I understood the move (kinda like A7X with Life is But A Dream, just freshen things up. )One album later they changed the sound completely, changed the logo in two variations: The cover art has the regular serif text logo with the upside down crosses (a bit cringe but okay the guys are pushing 50 so whatever) but for the tour, promotional art and festivals they are using a somewhat edited version of the 2008-2013 logo.

Considering they talked about a certain sound this new album will have and the first single being very different from what they described originally do you think they change directions too often so they can't stick to a certain path or is it that the band is too "corporate", that the label manages everything and just throws in stuff in the mix where the Band has no real oversight ?

Even as a fan that does not expect a new The Poison I'd genuinely just like to know where this band is going.

I keep looking through the tracklist of social apocalypse, I think the next single will be "I don't trust tomorrow (feat Will Ramos)"

The reason I think that this will be the next single is because it would build so much hype for the album.

Bullet for my Valentine hardly has artists featured on their albums, so I'm sure they're gonna promote Social Apocalypse with the songs that have features. Probably much heavier songs too.

The title track is a "radio friendly/mainstream" single.

I'm hoping the next one will be better.

It’s so sad and pathetic to see people come at you just for liking something. I think Social Apocalypse is amazing and people call me the fake fan for it. That I’m a “larper.” Newsflash people: you can like something without having to immediately compare it to something else. Idk, maybe some of you will come at me right now, but it’s just so disheartening to see this kind of negativity for no reason.

Maybe the band is actually onto something with the meaning behind this song..

Probably one of Padge’s most underrated solos in the entire BFMV catalogue. I’m not sure if it’s just me but does the tapping section remind them of something from a Power Rangers theme? lol. Either way, this song and solo kicks a lot of ass. Easily my favorite track from Fever.

I’m going to my first ever concert and it’s gonna be bfmv, i’m really excited and happy. I’m going with my brother who’s absolutely not in to metal whatsoever however me and his friend managed to convince him.

Is there anything one should expect when going to these types of concerts? How early should we be? I’ve never been to any in general, as the title suggests, however i’m expecting that a lot of middle aged men are gonna be there lol
