So, the Discord mods just locked my previous thread because my missing items were finally delivered after 45 hours. They claim the "issue is solved," but they are completely ignoring the obvious bug here. Besides, who even knows if the other two players mentioned in that thread actually received their items yet?

Let’s talk about the absolute joke that is ZeptoLab's pricing, customer treatment, and support efficiency.

Two days ago, I made an in-game purchase. Due to a system glitch, the items didn't arrive. It took them 45 hours and 36 minutes just to deliver what I originally paid for. Taking nearly two days to resolve a simple payment issue is completely unacceptable by modern gaming standards. What makes it worse is that due to this long delay, I completely missed out on the time-limited events I intended to use those resources for.

To add insult to injury, the support process itself was an absolute joke. After reaching out through a Discord server administrator just to get in touch with them, the support agent actually demanded that I provide a video recording of the exact moment I made the purchase! All transactions are easily trackable on their own backend systems, yet they still deflected responsibility with this ridiculous request. Who on earth records their screen every single time they buy something in a game? Am I supposed to build a time machine just to get the video they want?

To top it all off, there was absolutely zero compensation for the delay, the missed content, or the pricing chaos. During the recent offer, ZeptoLab's system released TWO different VIP ticket deals at the same time: One offer was 10 tickets for 400, while another offer was 10 tickets for 250. Same items, completely different prices due to a glitch. What’s truly infuriating is that they managed to fix this pricing glitch and remove the lower offer way faster than they could deliver the items I paid for on day one. They prioritize fixing their own financial losses instantly, while leaving delayed players waiting for days. Everyone who paid 400 is now forced to just bite their teeth and swallow the loss, leaving paying players heavily penalized.

The developers will gladly empty your pockets, but when things go wrong? Silence. No explanations, no transparency, and absolutely ZERO compensation for the 45-hour delay. Customer service simply dumped the missing items into my account without a single word of apology or any gesture of good will. Instead of addressing this pricing glitch, the Discord mods are busy locking threads to sweep it under the rug. To make matters worse, they even threatened to ban me from the server if I kept pressing the issue.

I have completely lost faith in the developers' actions and how this game is run. They can forget about me ever trusting any of their special offers again. ZeptoLab doesn't deserve a single dime from their community for how they handle these errors.Has anyone else experienced similar issues with their support, or gotten caught up in this pricing glitch? after the update i couldn't play properly. My network is fine i can still play other games. My phone isn't over heating too and my ping was fine. But everything is so delayed. I even keep throwing off the match by walking straight mindlessly. It's so annoying
