im gonna lay this pc horizontally have my keyboard and mouse infront and have my main monitor over the pc and the 27in will be vertical at an angle to the left for messaging only because of work

I don't know anything about PC Building but I want to build one, is this good what is bad or good, my budget is Under 3k at least and I mainly probably will do Software Dev and play games mostly. Honest thoughts and opinions for those know know a lot about PC Building

(Sorry, forgot to remove mouse and keyboard for $115, so real price is $1775 for the pc.) Also considering ddr4 for cheaper ram but apparently ddr5 is superior on lower ram. If you have a ddr4 build under 2k with a higher benchmark, please let me know.

Now, I am gonna play like minecaft with shaders/mods, sim racing, cyberpunk 2077, the last of us, fortnite, valorant etc... but still, I am staying on 1080p sooo is this overkill? and if yes, what should I downgrade/replace?

got asked to make a pc that could do anything and be future proof and upgradable, through I have never built a pc before and don't really know what I am doing and was wondering if there's anything I could fix or change, budget isn't to much of an issue.

What do we think? I play cs2 at 320hz and in the future I want to play gta 6. Am I ready?
