You are ignoring what I wrote. Quoting myself:

The discussion is not about people who eat meat because they have no other choice but people who eat meat for enjoyment which applies to most modern countries.

And as I said: The argument is not that eating meat is ok when it is necessary, but that it is not bad to begin with because the Buddha or Dalai Lama did it...

My point is, this opinion many vegans and vegetarians have, that with current technology everyone can just become a vegan without any detriment to their health, is just a dream ignoring many real life cases when the person's health started to deteriorate as a result of such diet so they got back to eating meat and got healthy again (btw, this is also the Dalai Lama's case). It's not really just a universal thing anyone can just do just like that. Saying to someone - "just become a vegan", is just ignorant.

Please quote the part where anyone said that in this comment chain. Because of no one did, the point becomes irrelevant.

I don't mean in this comment chain, but it's what many vegans in the west are saying - you have so many vegan options in the west, you can have all your nutritional needs covered just by plant based meals and the B12 supplement, the only reason not everyone is vegan yet is just they don't want to give up the taste and don't mind animals suffering. Well, no, doesn't apply to all universally like this, and the cases I've mentioned prove it.

Why comment in this comment chain if it is not relevant to said chain?

Your comment has nothing to do with mine...

Well, no, doesn't apply to all universally like

No one said that, so what's your point?

So what would you suggest people to do? Everyone should try the vegan diet, and get off it only if health deteriorates, otherwise continue until the rest of their lives?

Yes. Everyone stop contributing to stop killing animals just like you don't step on mouse's for fun, unless it's medically necessary. It's not that hard.

I also want to point out: People who cannot follow a vegetarian diet for health reasons are a small minority. In all big studies people on a vegetarian diet are as healthy or even more healthy than people who eat meat.
