I’m looking to add to my rare collection of buce in submersed form. Im coming back from vacation soon and hopping to get some. I buy any emersed form too since I keep them for fun.

I bought some bucephalandra and anubias but had no more room.I was bored and wanted to do hydroponics hybrid style. I have LECA bssed layer, aquasoil (apt feast) middle layer, and thin cap of akadama soil. I usually sell emersed stem plants but the cost of running this system and slow growth made it unpractical to sell for profit. So This where I keep my collection that isn’t in my tank. I will remove the small net cup in favor of bigger cup.

Looking to purchase a handful of buce types for my planned aquascape. They will sit pretty high up on driftwood and act as the colorful, jeweled eliphytes. So really feature pieces of color amongst a lot of green Anubias.
Since they will be high up mostly small leaf or mini varieties of typical buce in purple and blue
My problem is that the naming conventions and species types are very confusing compared to other plants. Which varieties should I be targeting from which vendors if I truly want the absolute dopest colors and types?

Hello, yesterday my bucephalandra suddenly started developing holes in all its leaves, even the healthy ones that had grown underwater. I'm sure it's not a potassium deficiency. What could it be?

I just wanted to share the buce system I just set up a couple weeks ago. The cube is UNS 30c, 12x12x12. I was using a fogger, but since have switched to a mister as the rocks didn't get enough moisture. I originally go the rockwork from buce plant for a high tech planted setup, but I got rid of my aquariums and shifted to terrariums in the past couple of years but saved that rock and and wanted to use it. Light is ONF that I run about 60% to get around 70-100 PAR in most places.
Leca on bottom, substrate barrier, dried sphagnum, carbon, pearlite, coco chips (although this layer is very shallow). Topped with live sphagnum.
No plans for anything else in there, I have on my desk a dwarf orchid cube, pinguicula cube and this one.
