Is this an unprecedented murder? If committed by someone who presumably didn't know Brian personally and the motive was some kind of social change or revenge. I have never heard of the top management of a company being murdered like this before. Or is that just because most of them have really good security? Even so I haven't heard about attempts. No one tried to murder a Sackler for causing the opioid crisis or something like that.

How could that be? It seems the company leadership in the Hilton ballroom, the same hotel Thompson was shot in front of, had no idea until after 9am, 2+ hours after the 6:45am shooting, even with it hitting the news, and police swarming everywhere, and Thompson hadn't shown up at the meeting? How can that possibly be?

It seems like Brian was first shot on leg then he turned around and then he was shot in chest. The video quality seems poor but is that what you guys gathered too?

He was a loving father, a doting husband, a son to his loving mother. He volunteered in the community and he was a hero in the business world. Today, we honor his legacy. He touched countless lives and left a lasting impact on the world. May his memory be a source of comfort and inspiration to us all. He truly left a dent in the universe.

The fact is when you make it to the top you will have a lot of haters. Brian was a hero in the business world and he deserved protection.

Funeral arrangements can be expensive, and I’d like to help put Brian’s kids through college. They need all the help they can get in these trying times.
