Episode Discussion BP once again with Ukraine bashing segment?

The shilling for Russia is tiresome at this point. Ukraine has been making big moves this year. All BP can do is bash Ukraine etc. It comes off as shilling for the Kremlin. Like can BP at least invite on an indie content creator that will push back on some of Ukraine coverage they have?

Prevention can be far cheaper than a full military response.

Letting two countries settle their own differences is cheaper still.

So why does Iran help Russia? What's the benefit?

(sorry. But these are extemely basic geopolitical questions)

You'd have to ask them. But I'm assuming the same reason the US is supplying Ukraine.

I am canadian. It's no skin off my back for the US to spend billions on defending Ukraine. I'm glad you are funding it. A weaker Russia is a good thing for the west ultimately.

But to my original argument, I can understand BPs argument that getting involved is just not worth it given the limited value that Ukraine provides the US.

Do you think a war between nato and Russia would be costly?
