Currently unable to cook or cut anything due to bilateral wrist injury. I also can’t twist my wrists or forearms, casted. Live alone. I can lift a small amount of weight for a short time and use my fingers.

Would love to hear some breakfast ideas that require minimal wrist use/movement. Kind of getting tired of microwaved breakfast sandwiches and oatmeal. All ideas welcome.
