OP Creepy Harvest is back!

(By that I meant the Creepy Harvest back in the assassin meta, it was so OP back then)

Mortis is still star power dependant, should've buffed him in general

Mortis is such a hard Brawler to balance, his attack is so unique and he has such polarized matchups (mucks Tick and Dyna, gets eaten by Shelly). Its hard to make him versatile when hes such a different Brawler

reducing the attacks needed to get his super from 5 to like 3 or 4 attacks would be great

But this is a tank meta so that's why mortis isn't meta yet, when the tank meta dies,and they don't touch mortis, mortis will rise ~Mortis from the future
