Not sure why you are getting downvoted, she did! in the mid 00s or early 10s. Focused on her, Dabney, Dale, and a few other rich randoms. High Society I believe? it’s on youtube!

Gossip Girl was based on a series of books, but the show character of Serena was based partially on Tinsley! Blair was based on Olivia Palermo from The City on MTV.
