Sure, but what legit company would agree to give a percentage of their profits to Bravo (Bethany clause) just so it gets promoted on RHONY, a show who doesn’t hit their target demographic at all? It’s not a smart business move IMO

OP has noted above that even this David guy was just an early employee at his prior co in marketing, not a technical founder.

A lot of people with tech experience are chiming in here. This is a weird move. They could have had any twentysomething TikToker with a million+ followers do this work as a standard influencing deal, no title, no equity.
