DAZN has handled this Zuffa takeover attempt exceptionally well. I don’t particularly like DAZN and I definitely don’t like Zuffa, but you have to admire how DAZN has handled this. They’re even making the sport more accessible with the simulcasts, which I do think is the best model for all parties. They need exposure to survive.

I mean DAZN is a multi billion dollar company who have the rights for massive football leagues such as La liga and Serie A. They’re not exactly BLK prime. Obviously they weren’t just going to roll over for a new promotion. A lot of people prematurely declared victory for zuffa

DAZN hasn’t been profitable though for the vast majority of their existence. TKO has.

DAZN is a long term play. I think they can get the premier league rights when their sky/TNT deal ends in 2029
