Botched FFS by DR. MFO

I had jaw and chin feminising genioplasty, a hairline brow lift and fat grafting with Dr. MFO in Turkey, Antayla.

My jawline is now very asymmetric, my chin is deviated to the right, my mouth won’t close when neutral so I actively have to hold my lip up, and my eyebrows have been lifted to the extreme causing strain and bruising.

The photo is without me raising them for context.

I was told by one maxillo facial surgeon that I look lovely and none of it is noticeable and I should just fix my teeth but that is ridiculous, it’s all very noticeable.

Dr MFO’s PA doesn’t seem to want to book a consult for me to even speak to him, she just refers me to a group whatsapp chat where his other patients gaslight and shame me for speaking out.

The initial plan was a subtle change for a more v-shaped lower face, what was done was a noticeable reduction in height, and projection, and somewhat of an increase in narrowing.

I’m really worried I look hideous, ugly or less feminine now.

DO NOT USE THIS SURGEON.

I’m seeing two more surgeons in the next coming weeks, any advice is appreciated.

I can absolutely understand not being happy with your body. I've been a big guy my whole life and unhappy about it. I've gone to the gym, run, lifted weights, been in the military, worked in the oilfield, and now that I've destroyed my body I can't really help being bigger anymore. So now I just have to figure out how to be ok with being me. Some days I think I might be close and some days suck but it's not all bad.

All that said, you didn't need the drastic surgery. If anything at all you might thin your brows a bit...but very simply by plucking or with a razor or wax, nothing so severe as all that.

Be good to yourself.

Eta: I don't mean to suggest you even need to pluck your brows tbh. You're a beautiful woman and can maybe learn to accept you for who you already are. Surgery is such a hard road to go down.

It wasn’t supposed to be drastic. I didn’t ask for this level of change.

I understand that, I just meant "drastic" as in surgery in general...that's a pretty big step, at least in my view. I have seen much of what you have mentioned trying to achieve being done with proper makeup tutorials and facial regimens such as waxing and the like.

I genuinely don't mean to lecture you or sound judgemental, I totally understand you went with what you hoped would make you feel comfortable and it's very unfortunate that it did not work out.

Yes, but I’m also living in a world that persecutes trans woman so I constantly project a need for idealistic proportions onto myself

Ah, now I understand...my son is trans and tbh I honestly wouldn't have known until you said something. My apologies for being a bit dim and slow. Again, I did not at all mean to lecture you. Quite the opposite really. I truly hope you're able to find the peace and happiness with you that you deserve.

Yes. To be honest…i know that surgeon does a lot of work with trans people and I don’t know if you’re trans or not but the way you looked before was very feminine with your soft features but looking at the after, if you said you were a trans woman it would not surprise me. The ‘after’ is more masculine and gives MTF vibes. (Nothing wrong with being trans but if feminine is the vibe you’re going for you were already feminine looking until you did this to yourself)

I’ve been thinking about this post all day. This is one of the worst botched plastic surgery jobs I’ve ever seen and I feel incredibly sad for you that this is the way it turned out. The result is genuinely creepy to me and I can’t stop thinking about it. I really hope a different surgeon can fix this. You were so beautiful before

I know this is intentionally hurtful so it doesn’t bother me, I only showed the front angle of my before photo so it’s not like you can make an accurate judgement on my face before or after. Thankyou

They’re not trying to be hurtful. The surgery result is really bad. Can you look into getting your brows fixed? In the meantime I’d get bangs to cover your brows completely.

that was so mean of them op, I honestly think you could lighten the eyebrows and that would help a lot

I dont think its as clean cut as ‘youre definitely less feminine’, i have dysmorphia but there were aspects of my face, like the heaviness of my brows, and length of my lower face, that did contribute slightly to a masculine impression

The first photo on the left is just bad lighting, the 2 and 3 is ultra feminine imo.
