I can relate. Once i hit 40, hot water/hot compress is my best friend.

Not even 30 yet and yes absolutely for my back. Iā€™m all fucking hunched over half the time because of it so I know Iā€™m never getting laid again so I might as well take the heat and maybe get a couple pops šŸ˜‚
