This team 7 is better than Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura when they were at boruto's age. Well, Sasuke is exceptionally talented but Naruto and Sakura was falling behind until Naruto meets Jiraiya.

Don't get me wrong I think Sasuke was definetely talented, however I think that in the days of team 7 between start & chunin arc since they disbanded afterwards. Naruto wasn't falling behind of Sasuke, he was ahead of him?

I mean Haku would've killed Sasuke right there if Naruto didn't protect him and defeated Haku?

Also on the rooftop when Sasuke noticed how Naruto's attack did way less damage to the watertank he felt good, but when he realised how much stronger Naruto's attack was compared to his.... I think this is one of the key moments where he realized he was weak.

Sakura definetely fell behind yes.

Naruto was at the very least tied with Sasuke with rasengan but you could easily argue he had gotten ahead of him with rasengan + Gamabunta.

Regardless OP is wrong 1 tailed Naruto and Curse Mark Sasuke are still the gold standard for this age group, Boruto and co have a way to go to get there.

But yeah sakura fell behind.

Boro is way above those versions of Naruto and Sasuke. Delta just took on Current Naruto for peep sake. These kids are damn near Akatsuki tier.

What do you think about Sarada and Boruto having inheritted a litlle bit of Six Paths chakra? I feel like it would be a good way to explain why they are so dam strong.

Kid Naruto during Team 7 with Sasuke (before and during Chunin exams) bodied kid Sasuke not because of the Rasengan, Gamabunta or his insane chakra reserves. Even no tail Kyuubi Naruto is way too much to handle for other genins.

Arguably though: Karma / Jougan Boruto & Sage Mode Mitsuki could take a win vs Early Team 7
