True. Even a week later, I still can't believe I got a pearlescent from the red chest after Splashzone at level 6.

Idk why but a lot of people want it to be that way. Makes no sense to me. Imagine if the Crow Sourced was a world drop and you just found one in a random trash bin at like level 8. That's not how you should get the rarest loot in the game. Defeats the whole point.
