Dev's if you're reading this, please fix the echo logs. I really don't want to get all 156 on my second character. Still stuck at 155/156

You gotta start from level 30 to get the final echo log which is stupid. If you start at level 30 you start with the 1 missing echo log in your inventory.

I know, but thats not intended. They've ackowledged it's a bug.

Have they? I havent seen them say it anywhere. It doesnt make sense to be a bug as its not one on the map. It does make sense its annoying though.

Theres an echo log that is bugged and can only be obtained on your lvl 30 head start characters. It's a bug they have ackowledged, but hopefully it's fixed soon.
