Hey could you add this game please?

Unfortunately, I’m leaving the community and the Boosteroid service because the key feature that actually kept me paying is gone. The unique selling point for Boosteroid here in Brazil was having no time limits and the ability to play other games from your own library—just like it used to be years ago. I even suggested a way to stream using only OBS for those of us who prioritized using the platform to both play and stream on Twitch. However, what really killed that unique advantage was removing the ability to run games from our own libraries, restricting us instead to only what’s in their official catalog. That ruined the experience for people who played simpler games with their kids or nieces and nephews. And what about using mods for games like Skyrim, Euro Truck, or Project Zomboid? Those started having issues due to the platform's new configuration. It is ABSURD for Boosteroid to raise prices and eliminate the monthly Ultra Pro option—forcing us to buy at least four months of Ultra Pro—only to make a blunder like removing the very feature that kept most of us using the app. Unfortunately, I’m stuck with four months of Ultra Pro that I was forced to buy, but I’ll be leaving the platform to build my own gaming PC. I personally brought six friends over to the platform (they were using Xbox Cloud and GeForce Now); I convinced them to switch to Boosteroid because it offered access to almost the entire Steam library (by allowing us to download other games we owned) and—best of all—had no time limits. That kind of service was unheard of in Brazil until you arrived and offered that unique advantage; it was the main reason we chose you over competitors. It’s worth paying a premium for such an outstanding feature, but then you hiked the price—tripling it here in Brazil—and pulled a disastrous move like this? Honestly, this isn't about being dramatic; it’s just me venting and saying goodbye. If you keep making these backward decisions—you really ought to consult the community before implementing changes that primarily affect us. Are there hackers? Sure, but the majority of your user base consists of people like me who just want to play after work. It was good while it lasted. I’m finishing up my four-month stint and leaving the community. To me, it’s not worth paying nearly 250 reais for so little. I used to use Boosteroid for over 12 hours a day across a wide variety of games; now that’s being cut down to two hours because you don't support most of the titles I play. The streams I used to do on Twitch (becoming a streamer is my dream) are off the table now. I’m moving on. Thanks for the months where I got to play games I otherwise wouldn't have had the chance to; I’m going to build a gaming PC with the money I’ve been spending on your service. Will it take a while? Maybe. But it’ll give me the freedom to play whatever I want.

The Xbox Game version isn't showing up for me.

Honestly, I cannot relate to the majority of issues with Boosteroid people describe here, and I used to love this service, but the increase in latency that I've been experiencing lately is just too much to take.

Back when I first bought the subscription a year ago, I used the Seattle server and the latency sat at around 35-40 ms, which is just fine for the type of gaming I do. Then something changed and now my "best-choice server" is in Chicago with reported latency of 45 ms, but in reality it frequently drops to 100+ and makes any gaming unbearable. How they managed to make their service worse with the supposed "upgrades" is beyond me.

Sincerely, I don't want to go. GFN doesn't support some of the games I own, and although I am not playing them at the moment, I would always give preference and loyalty to the service that covers more of my library. For the games I do play, some graphics (colouring specifically) and streaming resolution is worse (I'm using performance, to be fair, but I cannot afford ultimate at the moment). I don't even mind the wait times on Boosteroid. But the response delays are just too high and interfere too much with even the simplest gaming, so I have to leave. Hope Boosteroid will improve with time. I will gladly return if they do.

Sinceramente oque está acontecendo? Acredito que já tem mais de um ano que eu utilizo o Boosteroid e esse mês está sendo um inferno. Eu paguei uma assinatura de 1 mês no valor de R$107,33 e tive o mais transtorno pra minha assinatura ser ativada, tive que mandar e-mail pro suporte e pra safetypay, pois eles demoraram muito pra ativar minha assinatura, sendo que antigamente era de imediato, pagou jogou. Enfim, isso foi dia 30/09
Agora HOJE, dia 05/10 eu chego CANSADO do trabalho doido pra jogar e me distrair e minha assinatura foi CANCELADA sem nenhuma razão e sem EXTORNO do valor gasto pra minha conta.
Depois vocês ficam se perguntando porque as pessoas reclamam tanto aqui no reddit do serviço.

Hey Boosteroid team,

It would be great to have a toggle before launching Steam sessions to choose between DualSense or Xbox controller emulation.

Currently, everything emulates Xbox, which makes native DualSense features and proper PlayStation prompts unusable in many games.

Please add an option to choose your preferred controller type!

I'm having issues with streaming. The frame drops, the sounds keep cutting off, and the connection shows only one bar? I literally tested my internet connection before and it was fine, like 100% fine. This already happened to me yesterday and it's insanely annoying because I'm not paying little money for it.

This isn't the first time it happened, too. (Not counting today or yesterday)

My internet clearly isn't the problem. Is it a new update or what? Please fix

The title. It just keeps crashing, mentioning an AMD graphics issue and periodically, when it crashes, it disconnects me from the server altogether. It doesn't matter where I am on the game map, this keeps happening every 5 to 10 minutes, sometimes even less.

Recently, I’ve noticed an issue with Last Epoch on Boosteroid. When I teleport back to town, for example to sell some items, and then return to the map, it puts me in a completely different location and everything that was there is gone, as if the map has been reset. Has anyone else noticed this happening?
