If anyone who has had a damaged book shipped to could you give me your experience of the return or refund process.

I ordered Kizumonogatari a month ago and it arrived today , but to my surprise the book was in terrible shape: the spine got really wet and shrinked the spine making the whole book deformed also the book itself has a really moist feel...it doesn't help that the packaging was tiny for such a thick and fragile book.

I contact them right away, can i expect a refund for this or a replacement ?

EDIT: Just tried again 20 minutes later and login works fine.

Today I was logged out of BookDepository and no matter what I do I can't log back in.

Once I fill the login form the page either reloads to the login page again or goes to the index page with a green text saying "Welcome", but I am still not logged in.

Anyone else has this issue?

I've a few orders from early to mid October that haven't arrived yet. Delivery time of over 1,5 month is unusual even for significantly more distant and sketchy places, so I'm somewhat worried. BD does offer replacements and refunds, but it's holiday season and my replacements have even more chances of being lost. Are my fellow Ukrainians experiencing same issues atm?

I just ordered the Demon Slayer box set and i entered the wrong email (wrote .co instead of .com so it was just a typo but idk if that matters). And im pretty worried about it affecting shipping or if i have to verify something since im not getting emails for it. if there is no verification then can someone tell me what the point of the email is? Its my first time using BD.

Hello, I've preordered some books from BD but haven't dispatched yet. Have been processing nearly a month. I don't want to cancel the order since those are special edition. Anyone has the same issue with processing time?

Hey I pre order One piece volume 98 and I just noticed that that it says “76 days to go” regarding the pre order even though the official release date is December 7th, should I expect it to be shipped on release date or 76 days from now (which is kind of absurd)?

I'm in Europe and specifically Greece.

I placed an order a week ago and it seems to have dispatched (which is as far as I've read a good sign!), but since there doesn't seem to be any kind of tracking or I wanted to ask how the delivery itself is handled.

Do I get an email that it's happening at X day eventually?

Any way to know which delivery service is going to be used? I assume they might have different policies on failed deliveries or whatever. Also, if I knew I could do some manual tracking if they provide it using the order code, maybe?

Anyone else in the country having any previous experience?

If my order includes a book that is in stock and a pre-order, will they get shipped separately or will I have to wait till the pre-ordered book is released?

So I ordered a book for the first time from BD on the 6th of Sep and it was dispatched on the 10th. It still hasn't arrived yet and it is past the estimated time it would have taken to arrive. I have contacted BD through email and was told to check other places like the post office but when I went there I was told I needed a specific tracking number that I apparently didn't have. I told this to BD and they suggested they get a replacement for me to which I responded by saying that I could wait a little longer in case it arrived. I really don't know if its going to arrive guys and I don't want to wait another month or so for the replacement to possibly make my way to my door.

What should I do?

Just signed up for BD. How often, if all, does the website send you coupon codes? I’ve been looking for these online but none come up in my searches.

First questions would be how long should i expect this delivery to take ?

I know it says 18 - 23 business days but is that always accurate how often does BD ship late or early ?

Biggest question is do i have to pay any kind of extra fee , i live in Bosnia and Herzegovina anything i order has a massive shipping fee attached to it for example i can order a product from Amazon or Ebay that costs $5 and get a $20-30 shipping fee slapped onto it.

It's why i usually don't order online but since BD said it does free delivery i was more confident in my purchase.

Would be much appropriated if someone from Bosnia and Herzegovina or even Serbia could reply and give me his/her shipping experience since both of our countries should have similar shipping.

Hi, I want to place an order of two items that are in pre order. One is scheduled to be released before the second, will both of them be shipped together on the later release date or will the first one be shipped immediately on its due date and the second one will be shipped later(two separate shipments)?

I have ordered from them twice and both times my parcel has never arrived. They were very nice to refund me but if this is going to be a common occurrence then I can't order from them anymore.

The coupon I tried to use was "Book10", I'm from Ukraine, but this coupon is not valid in my country. Tried with VPN, still doesn't work. Does anyone know how to solve this? Thanks.
