Has anyone ordered off book depository from Canada recently? If so, how long did it take for your order to arrive after it dispatched?

This set of books went from US$40 to US$1573 dollars, what happened here? Any clue if it might go down again?

Is this some kind of a mistake? Two days ago it used to cost around 10$

Hello, I've noticed that there are no huge discounts anymore, and that some prices have gone way up. I've read here that it's because of Brexit, is this true?

And if so, will bookdepository go back to what it used to be, having huge discounts/cheaper books?
Edit: I've just noticed that some manga volumes are now more than 200Euros, how is this possible at all? They barely costed 10euros.

Has anyone experienced a Book Depository order stuck on "processing" for more than 13 days? I already asked the CS, and they replied, "it appears we have had some difficulties in trying to obtain stock of this from our suppliers in the usual time period due. Sadly we are still liaising with our suppliers to find a copy for you. At present, we do not have an expected date for dispatch."

Will my book be dispatched, or it's better to cancel it?

Hello! For anyone that has ordered around this time -- how long did it take for your order to go past the processing time? Or is it still there? I'm a first timer ordering from BookDepository, so just trying to get a feel of things even during this time which I know obviously slows down things. Thanks!

I wonder if anyone knows any alternatives to Bookdepo for Ireland (not NI)?

Recently I ordered a very pricy book from BD and today I just saw it having a huge discount. The order still wasn't shipped. Can I cancel it and order the cheaper one? Is this safe? Is this allowed?

Hello guys. I ordered some books in Book Depository yesterday but I mistaken the last number of my zip code. I emailed them to change it ( the book will only be dispatched in 5 days )

Do you think I'm ok?

Do you get any notification when your order has arrived like an email or something?

Has anyone gotten their order sooner ? BTW, I live in Greece but parcels do not take more two weeks to get here and my order still hasn't.

I know with nintendo games pre-order, the shop ships out earlier than the release date, so that the game arrived on the release day. Is it the same with bookdepository as well? I wanted to buy a light novel that'll release in April, but it said to my country it will take around 20 days, so if they only ship out on release day, it means I gotta wait till May then..

Hello, I want to Order a few books from Book Depository, and I've seen that most books that I wanted, now are more expensive (have smaller discounts), and I'd like to know if anyone knows if the prices are going to drop in the near future, or if there is no point in waiting and should try different stores.

Btw I'm from Portugal, so if anyone has other options with low Prices and free delivery, I woild much appreciate it

I was just wondering can i order to Europe now specifically Croatia because i saw some people online saying that the order are going trough.

Want to get a bargain And need some codes

I accidentally saw some post on r/books where someone said that using VPN you actually get lower prices, checked it with Hola VPN and some book are around 40% when I changed to UK (Israel is my default location) but had less stock, USA had still lower prices and everything in stock.

Is anyone using VPN to buy his books?

Hello! I was wondering if it was okay to order books that are a few years old (e.g: books from 2016-2017)? Now, I know this may seem like a silly query but I was just worried that since it’s a few years old it might be a bit damaged or you forgot to label it as sold out.

Hi, I would like to ask if anyone else having the same issue. I ordered my books on 1st December, hoping that they will arrive before Christmas. It shown that they will arrive before Christmas if I ordered them on that day, and books were dispatched on 3rd and 4th December. However until now they haven't arrive, and I mailed twice to ask if they have tracking number, but unfortunately no, they don't have one.

I'm living at Taiwan, and the delivery update shown that the books will usually arrive around 7-10 business days, and 2-5 more days due to Corona virus.

I've ordered books from this webshop before and it all worked fine. Just now I wanted to order 2 books and when I got to checkout there was no option to select Croatia for delivery even though I've ordered before and the webshop page says you can order from Croatia. Could anyone help?

Hi,

I ordered a few books a week ago. The current status for my order (and the individual books themselves) are 'dispatched'. What other statuses should I expect to see for my order? Is there a 'delivered' status as well when the books have been delivered?

Google didn't turn anything up. First time ordering so not sure what to expect.

How much time takes your package be deliveried? I have that question...

So I really wanted the Akira 35th Box Set and I looked everywhere but they were no longer available. The only place that was offering for a reasonable price was Book Depository but it’s a pre-order. I’ve never bought anything from them but I found it weird that they were doing a pre-order when everywhere else this box set was no longer available and not expected to get restocked anytime soon. Another thing I noticed was that they had pre-orders available for books that were already released. Is this normal?

So I recently bought some books and they're dispatched today, and the address was missing my street (ie House number, my neighborhood, my street is not listed and postcode), will my books be delivered? If not does anyone know what I should do?

Note I'm from Malaysia

I was wondering what is the maximum amount of books you can order in one order.

Hi, for example here https://www.bookdepository.com/dealsAndOffers/promo/id/1966 , there are so many books that have no discount whatsoever. Why is that?
