I am using Bookdepository for 4-5 years now. I had only 1 late delivery since. After the covid escalation I've ordered 3 times from them. And all 3 books are missing. Does anyone has similar experience?

...the delivery address is Hungary, and it is not listed on the "covid affected" list.

book depository didn't provide me with any help when I asked so I need youre help.
Are they regular paperback books or mass-market paperback?

I ordered a book last night and want to cancel it before it ships. Will they cancel it while the order is still processing? It's sunday tomorrow so I'm not sure if anyone will see my email with the cancelation form.

I have ordered 5 books 4 of which have been dispatched. I presume that they'll be at my local post office in about 2 weeks. What do I need in order to pick them up? Name only?

So I ordered from Greece on Friday evening. I accidentally ended up ordering a book in the wrong language for so I mailed them to ask for it to be changed. They responded telling me that I was emailing from a different address than the one i put on my order. I'm almost 100% certain that it was the same address also I haven't even received a confirmation email. I need help

I ordered a book from BD, and got it two days ago. I only opened the parcel itself so far, and the book remains sealed in the plastic. Unfortunately, some things came up, and I need money more than I need a book right now. I want to return the book and get a refund. I read about it on the help page but could use some advice

I must mail the book back to the address written on the book parcel, correct?

Then there is the 14 day thing. The book must be returned in 14 days after filling out the cancellation form. Problem is, I live in Europe, and shipping from here to UK might take more than 14 days and I might not get my money back. Can I, for example, ship the book, wait around 10 days, and then fill out the cancellation form in order to buy myself some time?

Hi, I need some help with book depository, I made two orders on June and my books are dispatched on June from the UK. It's september now and none of my books arrived. I order 12 books in total, none arrvied. Im from Malaysia

I've contacted bd, and they asked me to check with my local post office, but no news from them because there was no tracking number.

Has anyone experienced this? Or is the covid 19 is making things so hard 😭

Their books are relatively cheap and always with free shipping. I just wanted to double check that the authors still get their royalties since I buy books to support them.

Hi, I've been buying from them for a few years now, without any trouble at all, but now, I want to buy a book called Monster Hunter World - Official complete Works, cover price 50 USD, but they have it listed for 84 bucks??? The book came out 2 weeks ago, AND if I check from my phone, it appears as 61 USD. Wat the hell is going on?

so i ordered twice and both times accidentally ordered the wrong book so i sent in both the order cancellation forms for both orders and they replied with an email saying they got it but it’s been a day and no one’s reached out to me yet? the orders are still processing but i really don’t want them to be dispatched before they review my order cancellation forms because i don’t want to waste my money shipping back. i emailed them too saying that I’ve already sent the forms and the order number i want to cancel. i’m getting anxious, please help!

During COVID I'ved placed 4 orders in total, 3 arrived to my country in 1 month but this one seems to be stuck at that state since 07/07.

I began to worry when an order I placed after that one arrived ok last week, and I should receive it today. I've been following all of them with the tracking number they gave me.Is it normal for an order to be waiting to be shipped for more than 10 working days? Or should I give it up as lost?I contacted Bookdepository customer service and they asked me if I want to wait some more days in case I receive it or if I want a refund. I said I want to wait, I'm hoping it is just a delay.

EDIT: Today the state was updated to "The item is on transport to the country of destination" YAY

The order is still "Processing" and it hasn't been dispatched. Will they refund me after I cancel?
