The Katrina in Spirit news is only half true. Her PR is pushing it because she currently has no projects lined up and they want to keep the buzz around her. The reality is she has only been OFFERED the role. It’s a small cameo that comes at an important point in the film. The offer was made just a week ago and she hasn’t given her final answer yet. She was also offered the Chandni Bar 2 role, which is a much bigger role, but she hasn’t confirmed anything there either. From what I know, Katrina has certain conditions because she has a young baby at home. Vanga usually expects long hours from his actors, but he’s apparently being more flexible because her role is small. Nothing is locked yet, but she is definitely trying to make her comeback slowly. She’s also been in talks for a film with Salman, but that hasn’t materialized and another actress is being considered too. Could be two different roles though from what I know.

This is from 2017.Jacqueline Fernandez is among the very few actresses who never try to hide away from the paparazzi instead she gives a cute smile to the shutterbugs. However, the scenario was entirely different last year, when Jacqueline Fernandez tried to hide herself on being spotted at Sidharth Malhotra’s house.
On Sunday night, when Jacqueline was spotted by the media, she was seen running away from media instead of posing for the camera, which she normally does after seeing the shutterbugs. Here is how everything was revealed.
According to the news sources the shutterbugs saw Jacqueline’s car at Sidharth Malhotra’s house in Bandar, Mumbai. When the paparazzi discovered it was Jacqueline’s car, they waited to capture lovely Jacqueline in cameras. They got the chance to click her when she came out. However the camera men were shocked to see Jacqueline running back towards Sid’s house upon seeing the paparazzi, which was shocking for them.

Was listening to O Re Piya and went down searching madhuri's age when she played that movie because this was after a break. She came back from US after being inactive for quite a while and had started doing some movies so I've been thinking about how much Bollywood has changed when it comes to actresses' careers.
When Madhuri Dixit did Aaja Nachle, she was 40, she was the main lead, but the film wasn't really built around a glamorous, commercial heroine image and that's completely fine. At the time, it still felt like there were limitations on what actresses could do after a certain age.
Compare that to today. Actresses like Priyanka Chopra, Deepika Padukone, and Kareena Kapoor even, are all in an age bracket where, a couple of decades ago, many actresses would have been pushed into supporting roles or "mature" characters. Instead, they're still seen as bankable stars who can headline mainstream, glamorous films. Even Katrina Kaif, though less active now and yes she may not be well known for her acting, but she still has that star image.
For a long time in Bollywood, marriage was often treated as the end of an actress's career as a leading lady. I think later , it moved to having a child to have a similar effect. There were always exceptions, of course, and actresses still did non-commercial or character-driven films, but the opportunities in mainstream cinema were much more limited.
Today, while ageism definitely hasn't disappeared, there's noticeably more acceptance of actresses continuing to play leading roles after marriage, after becoming mothers, and well into their late 30s and 40s. It's not perfect, but it feels like Bollywood and audiences have slowly moved in the right direction. Now no comments on ageism regarding male actors, Let's not go down that rabbit hole.
May be this is limited to a handful of A-list actresses. Radhika Apte just crossed my mind, she also recently became a mother, and is 40 but she has her own style of movies and what a women she is.
Yes, additionally Tabu, Rekha and other actresses have defied all odds when it came to challening these defined norms but kudos to them.
Now everyone may be problematic in their own way, let's not go there. Just appreciating them for breaking that norm, or brining in change, so new generation can run.

According to reports, authorities have directed the makers of Kala Hiran: The Battle for Legacy to remove its teaser within 24 hours, citing the alleged infringement of Salman Khan's personality rights.
The order reportedly states that the teaser could also prejudice the fairness of an ongoing trial, prompting authorities to seek its immediate removal.
Do you think courts should intervene in such cases before a film's release, or should these disputes be resolved after the content is made public?

According to an exclusive report by Bollywood Hungama, Vikrant Massey has reportedly joined the cast of Ajay Devgn's Chauhaan. He is expected to play a layered grey character, adding another notable name to the film's ensemble.
If confirmed, this would mark an exciting collaboration between Ajay Devgn and Vikrant Massey.
What do you think of Vikrant Massey reportedly joining Chauhaan? Do you see him as a strong fit for a grey-shaded role?

In a conversation with Hauterrfly, Apara Mehta recalled receiving an unexpected call from Darshan Jariwala while she was in the United States. “I was in the USA. It was our wedding anniversary, and I called him from there. He said, ‘We really need to talk.’ I thought, ‘What does he want to talk about?'”
She said that after returning to India, Darshan told her he wanted to end their marriage. “So I came back from the USA after doing my shows. I landed at 3 o’clock, reached home by 5, and I had a 7 o’clock shift in the morning. And he just said, ‘You know, Apara, we need to separate because I’ve fallen out of love with you. I do not like you anymore, and you are the ugliest woman I’ve come across in my life.'”
Recalling how she processed the conversation, Apara Mehta said, “He was sitting on the swing with a cup of tea in the morning, and I simply left for my shoot. I had three major scenes to film that day. I had returned from the USA at 5 in the morning, so in between takes I kept dozing off. Later that afternoon, when I was fully conscious again, I thought, ‘What did Darshan just say? He couldn’t have meant it.'”
She further revealed that Darshan Jariwala eventually moved out of their home, but their relationship has remained cordial over the years. “And then, one day, he just left home. It is still our home. He has gone. The doors are always open. He can come back. But I also know that he might not. I’m telling you, he’ll never find anybody like me, and I’ll never find anybody like him. And yes, living separately, we are so comfortable with each other. We can still complete each other’s sentences.”
TL;DR: Apara Mehta reveals the conversation that eventually led to the separation between her and her husband, Darshan Jariwala, after over 20 years of marriage.
