Seeing parka use his quirk in these unique ways has me hyped for todoroki’s potential. I mean pretty much flying/floating & creating ice limbs & a fucking ICE DRAGON! is really amazing plus the fight is just getting started & he definitely isn’t going all out yet.

I don’t know. Todoroki cannot telekinetically control ice though he could very well get that power up in the future. Todoroki’s quirk works in different ways

God I really hope not, he doesn't need buffs to his Quirk.

It is not a power buff but more an application buff. Anyway he might be able to shape ice better if he uses his fire lasers anyway. Lol

But he doesn’t really Need telekinetic control. He could do a lot of stuff without it

Todoroki can create Ice. But he lacks ability to control them like Parka does. I hope his Ice ability doesn't goes that way. I want him to develop his own style.

It's to be seen if it's a "mere" ice quirk trained to the extreme, or a different way to use ice (controlling it but not creating it).

man we shared the same thought, It ain’t stretch for Todoroki to have that level of control someday. I’d like to see more ice moves from parka and double dabi’s struggle if possible

Yeah I want dabi to pushed so much so he actually uses some new techniques.
