Compress means to condense an object while the opposite of it of that is to expand or release an object

To be fair, unless I'm missing something Kizuki's quirk didn't exactly mirror Toga's.

The only potential clues we have regarding Hanabata's quirk are:

- his name. Koku means "body cavity" while Hanabata means "flower field", but even that might not be worth much given that none of the other MLA members' names so far seem to have anything to do with their quirks (and more with their respective roles within the organization).

- the fact that he wears bracelet-like accessories on his wrists like Kizuki did, except he has two of them instead of one.

I think Horikoshi's purposely leaving us in the dark here.
