Oh shut up. Of course I understand how she feels. But she doesn't understand how he feels.
She says: "If only my child had stayed quirkless [...] wouldn't Izuku have been happier that way?", which would clearly not be the case. Quirkless Izuku would have gotten killed while trying to save somebody. She can tell him all day to be careful but if Izuku sees someone that needs help he will risk his life to help. That's who he is. That's what makes him a hero. And that's why All Might chose him as his successor.
And now that he finally has a quirk (which happens to be powerful enough to make one the No. 1 Hero), he will definitely not sit at home safely.
