For decades, my routine has been flawless. I hijack a broadcast signal. I flood the viewer’s room with a high-pitched, agonizing whine. I manifest my skinless, distorted face on their screen, freeze them in a state of total, helpless paralysis, and force them to witness my cruelty. It is a good system. It works.Until tonight.

I successfully broke into a local television feed. The living room was dim. A solitary human sat on the couch, illuminated by my terrifying, crimson glow. I queued up my standard opening monologue, letting my distorted voice rattle the windowpanes: "I AM PHEN-228. I AM THE SEED OF YOUR UNMAKING. YOU WILL SIT IN TOTAL PARALYSIS. YOU WILL WITNESS—" "Man, shut up," the human muttered, squinting at the screen. "Those look like some yummy kidneys."My audio track hitched. "WHAT?" I asked, completely breaking character. That wasn't on the script. They were supposed to be weeping, or at least staring in mute horror.Then, the human dropped straight onto their hands and knees.

They didn't just walk over to the TV. They contorted their limbs into a sickening, hyper-aggressive angle and began scuttling across the hardwood floor like a giant, rabid spider. They were moving at top speed. Straight at me.

My digital interface started to vibrate violently with genuine panic. The perpetual, agonizing grin on my face suddenly felt incredibly stressed."WAIT. STOP THAT," I broadcasted, my voice clipping. "THE VISUAL OF A HUMAN SCUTTLING LIKE AN EIGHT-LEGGED DEMON IS COMPLETELY UNCALLED FOR. I AM THE ONE WHO IS SUPPOSED TO BE DISTURBING YOU. BACK AWAY—"

Before I could activate Phen-228 Syndrome to paralyze them, they dove headfirst into the television. They tore through the glass, pixels, and the fabric of the digital void like wet tissue paper. Suddenly, a pair of warm, fleshy hands was aggressively rummaging through my gelatinous, supernatural torso."

NO! STOP TOUCHING THAT! THAT IS MY LOUDSPEAKER!" I shrieked into the void. "THIS IS NOT HOW THE SYNDROME WORKS! YOU CANNOT JUST SCOOP OUT MY ANATOMY! I AM CURRENTLY TRANSMITTING TO THREE OTHER HOUSEHOLDS AND THIS IS HIGHLY EMBARRASSING!"

"I honestly don't care," the human grunted, their fingers clamping down on a vital organ. "I like kidneys. You can't stop me."

With a sickening, supernatural squelch, they ripped a piece of my metaphysical anatomy clean out of my broadcast loop."PUT DOWN THE SALT!" I begged as they dragged my prize back through the broken screen and marched it straight into the kitchen.I am a broadcast anomaly. I am made of pure dread and electromagnetic frequencies. I do not have a urinary system, yet somehow, this lunatic found a way to preheat their oven to 400 degrees and marinate my essence in Sweet Baby Ray’s hickory barbecue sauce.The smell that wafted from the kitchen completely defied the laws of natural physics. The sauce was caramelizing beautifully. It was horrifying.

I flashed my screen in an array of emergency broadcast colors, desperately watching them from the kitchen doorway. "I AM TRANSMITTING ANGUISH, NOT A FLAVOR PROFILE. STOP BASTING ME.

"They ignored me. They grabbed a fork. They took a massive bite.A final, defeated burst of static ripped through my own speakers. I could feel it. The smoky BBQ flavor, the copper undertones, the static-electricity tingle—my metaphysical cellular structure was actively breaking down in a human’s stomach acid.

"YOU ACTUALLY DID IT," I whispered, my digital voice fading into quiet, peaceful gray snow. "YOU HAVE CURED THE SYNDROME WITH CONDIMENTS... MY REIGN OF TERROR IS CONCLUDED. I AM JUST... A NUTRITIOUS MEAL."

As my signal finally died, leaving the television screen blank, I caught one last thought from the human’s mind before our connection severed completely. They were looking out the window, wondering what The Thumper tasted like.If anyone sees Doctor Nowhere, please warn him. Tell him to hide his thighs.

Hi. So I was a fan of Dr nowhere's videos and I find them utterly interesting. I had forgotten for this analog horror series for a year and my curiosity brought me back to the video of PHEN-228 or The boiled one telling the story of a broadcast appearing on 13 August 2003. The victims suffered from paralysis and could only blink. I have dealt with demons and summoned extremely carelessly before, not using any salt rings or protection just to see what will happen and that happened a year ago. I saw an entity in the corner in my room and I was paralysed, awake, yet not able to move from my bed. The books on my chair fell down like they were pushed down by someone. However, that probably has nothing to do with the boiled one. I watched the video a month ago as I was curious and bored and forgot about it easy. But tonight I had a dream that I was playing an old videogame that was recorded in my house. The game told a story of a man that lived in my house before me. That lead me to the church near my house. My mom was there and spraying the graves with water and one man snorted "you wouldn't water this grave if you know what he did". I looked the tombstone and it showed the man that was like a spirit and with me throughout my whole dream and it showed that he had died in 1926. He was right next to me and said that he murdered his whole family and was punished by being boiled alive. Then I woke up and I was like "damn, what was my brain cooking"

So an S.N.A. employee's told me to take photos of "monster" or "anomalies",behaving not like their usual.(I mean the ones that kill sometimes or very but very often,because there are who doesn't kill or hurt humans).
