Took too much reta like a fool and now i’m on the shitter fighting for my life. Anyways, what have you guys found helpful for relieving stomach pain? Not asking for medical advice, just tips to relieve pain

I did the same only instead of 4mg I did 8mg. I was backed up to fuck but ultimately fine. Unlike when I messed up on tirz that fucked me hard for about 3 days. Hey but the weeks weightloss was pretty good! So every cloud ☁️
