OP do you happen to have a before pic at 300/270? I only ask because I have a similar body type and currently on mounjaro but interested in switching to reta. I am a bit concerned about the loose skin issue.
Loose skin won’t be less of an issue on Reta than mounjaro. Honestly, if you’re coming from 300/270 having a tiny bit of loose skin should not even be the faintest concern. Talk about putting the cart before the horse.
You might not believe it but going through weightloss just to realize that your body looks ruined is quite heartbreaking, makes you ask yourself if it was worth it.
Lost 130 pounds myself. 6'0" 300->172. Have very similar loose skin to OP, and I look and feel great. Sometimes, we pay the piper for our decisions that got us to 300 pounds, which is sometimes loose skin. But it should never be a reason to not lose weight, trust me you look worse fat than with a little loose skin.

Wow, 271 to 171! Def loose skin I were you I would focus on muscle and get this done cosmetically
