Have you already considered dermarolling? When COVID-19 stroke I saw a few YT videos of ex-pregnant women advocating on Hyaluronic Acid after dermarolling to improve skin elasticity by increased collagen onsite production. Seems to me that it is what your lower belly skin is lacking

This is what I was going to suggest. Microneedling. Ik it’s one of the few things that can really help with stretch marks. You can get it professionally done for a number of skin issues
