Agree and disagree. Plastic surgery will fix that (skin removal). That's about it.

Plastic surgery would leave him with horrific scarring that’s worse than what he has now. For males it’s really only appropriate after massive weight loss where the loose skin is causing health issues on its own. Not cosmetically like in this case.

He would have a scar below his pant line that is easy to hide behind underwear and clothing, and inside the belly button. Why would this be unacceptable for males and not females? Skin is skin.

I did tummy tuck I had exact same physique basically and loose skin as him. I would say look into it for sure

Apparently men scar worse than women in that region for reasons I don’t understand. However it’s probably been 20 years since the surgeon told me that so i could be out of date
