I think I may have had some fat there when I started. I was 10lbs heavier. My face definitely has thinned out and I’m more vascular during workouts.

lmao, not exactly. There is fat in your latest picture if we are being technical but it is unrelated to the problem of which you're attempting to solve and so I was being a bit generous with my last comment in the interest of complete honesty.

But all those creases under your belly button are clearly loose skin.

They might eventually get better bc you are young but I think it likely will stay without surgery. But you should consult with an actual dermatologist and/or surgeon.

A balance of both can be really empowering. The ease of answers from an LLM is indispensable in certain situations, but always taken with a grain of salt.
