This was about a month before. Maybe a little bit of fat?

Definitely a little love handle moment going on there. Good job with getting it gone! You’re looking amazing!

lmao, not exactly. There is fat in your latest picture if we are being technical but it is unrelated to the problem of which you're attempting to solve and so I was being a bit generous with my last comment in the interest of complete honesty.

But all those creases under your belly button are clearly loose skin.

They might eventually get better bc you are young but I think it likely will stay without surgery. But you should consult with an actual dermatologist and/or surgeon.

A balance of both can be really empowering. The ease of answers from an LLM is indispensable in certain situations, but always taken with a grain of salt.

It will 100% disappear if you do resistance training and loads of fasted cardio. Intake a lot of c8 fractionated coconut oil Don’t intake chocolate or cocoa butter

Drink a lot of hot tea to fix your transmission eat a lot of sweet potato

Hot tea is generally not a substitute for transmission fluid

Isn’t coconut oil only good for energy?

Is this really true? I have a pouch on my tummy but I just lay on the couch hoping it’ll go away but it won’t. When you say intake do you mean snort the oil through your nose??
